Non professional communication between members and accuRegister will not be tolerated. If it does occur, a third party (preferably a board member) will be selected to review the situation and provide recommendations

Incomplete or illegible forms will not be processed. (When they are received, an effort will be made to contact the member to determine the form entry, and until the member contacts accuRegister, the certificates will not be sent).

No corrections will be made to any certificate issued by accuRegister unless they are returned to the accuRegister office. The information in question must be clearly noted on the paper, and the corrections must be listed.

Approved forms must be used for all transactions.

Names will not be added to or changed for goats that have been previously registered.

Papers will not be processed until full payment for the services to be performed are received.

A transfer and a registration/recording are considered two events. A separate fee is required for each, even if they are accomplished at the same time.

Farm names will not be included in the name of the goat being registered. Each member must be assigned a farm prefix that will be inserted before the animal's name.

Names will be limited to 26 space/letter/number combinations.

Pedigree information can only be added to the database from other organizations when a copy of the original pedigree is provided.
